Teaching Faculty – Rules & Code of Conduct

  • Faculty members must report to school on time and mark their attendance daily as per the prescribed procedure.
  • Professional attire must be maintained at all times. Staff ID cards are mandatory within the campus.
  • Teachers must be present in their classrooms punctually and ensure effective time management during lessons.
  • The use of polite and respectful language with students, parents, and fellow staff is expected at all times.
  • Corporal punishment, mental harassment, or any form of abuse is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action.
  • All academic records, assessments, and documentation must be maintained accurately and submitted on time.
  • Confidentiality must be maintained regarding students’ academic, behavioral, and personal records.
  • Mobile phones must not be used during class hours unless for academic purposes or emergencies.
  • Faculty must actively participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, school events, and parent-teacher interactions.
  • Teachers should foster a classroom environment that promotes inclusiveness, creativity, and critical thinking.
  • Disrespect toward the management, students, or school property will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or termination.
  • Lesson plans must be prepared in advance and followed with sincerity. Innovative and child-centric methods are encouraged.
  • All leave must be applied for in advance and only availed after approval from the Principal or HR department.
  • Faculty should refrain from spreading any negative comments, rumors, or grievances without following proper redressal channels.
  • Every teacher must act as a mentor, guide, and role model to students—upholding the values and vision of RPRD International School.
