Admission Procedure

Our institution offers more than just education—it offers a space where students begin their journey of self-discovery, communication, and collaboration with the world around them.

Admission Process:
We invite families to follow the admission procedure carefully to ensure a smooth and successful enrollment into RPRD International School.

Required Documents at the Time of Registration:

1. Duly filled registration form
2. Recent passport-size coloured photograph of the student
3. Photograph of the parent with the child (Size: 5 cm x 3.5 cm)
4. Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate
5. Original Medical Certificate of the student
6. Attested photocopy of the last academic result
7. Address proof (any one): PAN Card / Driving License / Electricity Bill
8. If the form is submitted by a guardian other than a parent, this must be clearly indicated

Note: Incomplete or unclear registration forms, or those without mandatory photographs, will not be accepted.

Admission Criteria:

• A written admission test will be conducted on a notified date to determine the student’s eligibility for the desired class.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• Presence of both parents is mandatory during the interview.
• Admission will be granted only after successful completion of the final interview.
• Mid-term admissions are considered for exceptional students in cases of transfer or school change, subject to seat availability.
• The school reserves the right to assign the student to an appropriate class based on evaluation, regardless of the previous grade.
• Admission is conditional upon fulfilling all requirements and submitting all required documents.

Fee Guidelines:

The school fee is payable on a quarterly basis, i.e., every three months, as per the fee schedule provided.

Important: The Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days from the start of the academic session.
