Indoor Sports

The school has dedicated indoor play zones where students can engage in stimulating and strategic games like Chess, Carrom, Ludo, and Table Tennis. Outdoor Sports

Our vast outdoor playgrounds are equipped for a variety of sports including Volleyball, Cricket, Football, Basketball, Athletics, and Kho-Kho. Annual Sports Meets and inter-house competitions are organized to promote a spirit of healthy rivalry and sportsmanship.

Fitness & Wellness

Yoga and physical fitness sessions are conducted weekly to promote mental calmness and physical agility. Trained instructors guide students through age-appropriate routines to improve flexibility, posture, and mindfulness. Wellness activities also include breathing exercises, stretching drills, and group meditations.
